You might need to fix file permissions on your server if you are having 404 errors with your user images. Alternatively, it could be a server side caching issue.

To fix your reviews, try running the Site Reviews Migration and Repair tools.

didnt work any other ideas i rather get my reviews fixed and then ill worry about the admin dashboard

I tried running the repairs but still shows 4 reviews and there was 5 but all the stars are empty when they all were 5 stars

Try deactivating Site Reviews, then reactivating it again and then running the repair tools. This will fix the custom table indexes which may be the problem if you restored your database from an older version.

I’ve tried everything I can think of. can any other ideas as I want my 5 star reviews back it also seems I lost my replies to them which I really don’t care about is there anything else I can try.

You said you restored your website from a snapshot. Can you walk me through exactly what you did? The response is saved as meta data on the review post type, so if that is missing then it means you didn’t perform a complete restore of your database. Also, judging from the screenshot you posted, it looks like the Post IDs of the reviews may have changed, which leads me to think that you may not have done a proper 1-to-1 restore of your database.

i most likely did it incorrectly as my phpmyadmin crashed and i only had an older one but i have snapshots of my wordpress so i moved them back and everything else seems to be working that was working just my reviews are messed up.

Thank you guys for all your help i was able to resolve the issue it seems when i restored the db it must have times out and did not comeplete.

my only other issue now is my admin dashboard is still showing broken images for all images including users and if you go to plugins see image if anyone could help that would be great this has been an issue for months and have not been able to resolve it.

thanks i looked it over but its a little different i use a Asustor Nas to run my website so i am not sure i can go in to the normal settings and change permissions on the wordpress folder but only gives 3 options

Owner is the only one that had R/W permissions the others is just read only

i just did a test and it seems to work in IE but the page is weird but that issue goes away. (confused) im using chrome and i have reset and cleared cache muiltple times .

i would love to finally resolve this issue.

Are you still talking about your reviews or the broken images on your website?

broken images. reviews are working i posted pics above in the links of the images not working on admin dashboard. i dont see any issues on the main site just seems like the backend as the media library looks fine as well. i have tried everything i can think of.
