    Hi,

I am running into a problem that occurred fairly recently, when I want to add a link to the images, it shows me an tag on the front end.

I should mention that this was working a few weeks ago.
    What can I do?

Hi, we have not made any changes to the flip carousel code, probably it might be caused by other plugins or CSS or JS compression plugins, please try to deactivate other plugins and check if this help. If this does not help please let us know.

I tried to disable all other plugins (Elementor, Elementor Pro, some plugins from the Crockobloc suite and Woocommerce). This had no effect.

I haven’t installed any CSS/JS compression plugin for the moment.

    Wordpress Version: 6.0
PHP version: 8.0.19 (Supports 64 bits values)
    Theme: Hello Elementor Child

Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    Kind Regards,
    Nick
