I tested on your page by submitting the quote and I couldn’t find any issues or any console errors during the submission. Is the issue only specific to the Quote form? or do you notice the same with the Contact form too?
Do you get any emails once a submission is made? If yes, it would also mean the form is working fine.
Forminator does have a privacy setting and an option to disable “Data Storage” could you please check whether it’s disabled by any chance?
You should see the option when you edit the form and under the “Settings” tab > Data Storage:

Also could you please check whether enabling/disabling Ajax in the form under the “Behaviour” tab makes any difference when you submit?
If you still notice issues even after that then we’ll need to check the existing form setting to have a better idea.
We’ll need the form export to check the settings further. Could you please check whether it’s possible to share the from export?
