I use the “thumbnails” option. there is no way to change anything.
It only stay “related posts” without h3.

@mrflake09 , are you showing those related posts using shortcode, or have you enabled the option Automatically display related content?

it is automatically displayed with all posts

@mrflake09 the thumbnails template does not have the feature to change the “h3” tag. One solution is to create custom templates, it will allow you to change/remove h3 tags in any way you want.
