Sorry to hear that you faced some issue with Essential Addons. Anyways, I have looked to your conversation with our support team. I see that we offered to help you. Since it was a bit strange issue with login/register form widget, we needed our dev team for further investigation. Unfortunately, we weren’t given much time and you asked for a refund within 24 hours which we proceeded right away as well.
