Bug – Order Total Change via coupon / Qty Change

Firstly great plugin. Thanks.
Does what it claims without much fuss.

Just a bit of a problem (Hopefully you’ll be able to fix it without much trouble. Thanks in Advance)

1. Settings – Order total Eg. 1000 , Product – id valued at 100
2. Add items worth 1000. Free gift gets added as per plugin functionality – (Excellent)
3. Customer uses coupon reducing final order value to 950 or qty change. Bug – 1. Free gift still stays in cart but with full price instead of being removed totally. 2. Free gift label is still present eventhough the item is in cart with full price. 3. Notification says “you’ve received free gift” when there should be none or ideally say “free gift removed as order value less than qualifying order total”
