[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] thumbnail not working – I get a “x”

I downloaded Nextgen today, so I am unsure of what version it is (sorry)
On my page the thumbnails are not working – I get a “x” but you can click on the thumbnail and the picture will open up and you can see it.
I have uploaded two pictures just as a test under page “0-3 Months” – https://budgetingmoms.com/?page_id=27
Any help would greatly appreciated
