    Hi,

    I noticed that some customers are messaging me because they didn’t get the download link of the product they bought – the summary of everything they bought and the invoice.

    How can I solve this issue?

    I’m using the plugin WP Mail SMTP to connect my web with the mail and I checked with my host and seems that the plugin is working properly.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I noticed that some customers are messaging me because they didn’t get the download link of the product they bought – the summary of everything they bought and the invoice.

    How can I solve this issue?

    Please check if any of the orders in question are pending. New orders that are pending will not generate an email yet.

    You can also install WP Mail Logging plugin and check if any of the emails are being sent but not received by generating a test order.
