    We have a digital (ticket) product that gets sent in an email once a sale is completed.

    When a user pays with the NetsEasy for WooCommerce payment gateway – and ONLY when paying with NetsEasy – they will suddenly get sent 2 or sometimes 3 of those emails instead of just 1.

    We have tested the site and plugins and narrowed the issue down to it just happening when a user pays with NetsEasy for WooCommerce.

    The Nets Easy plugin doesn’t handle emails or send them out, it only handles the payment and WooCommerce take care of the rest. So what is happenings is difficult to say here as Nets don’t handle emails. It can be another plugin that is causing this or settings or something like that. I can’t recreate this in my own test environment.

    We have Version 2.0.1.

    We understand that it doesn’t send out emails but we are wondering if something within the payment gateway must be triggering something in the system several times as it is ONLY happening when the user pays via the Nets Easy gateway.

    We have checked all our settings and tested using multiple payment methods and using the very basic storefront theme, and it is ONLY when paying with NETS Easy that a user will get spammed with the emails.

    Our digital ticketing system is Woocommerce Box Office, and we have spoken with them and tracked down the issue to only occurring with Nets Easy payments.

    How do we make a nets log on an order?

    Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tab “Log” > Choose the right log (date on the log), paste it in a service like -> https://pastebin.com/
