How to change “There are no shipping options available.”

I would like to change “There are no shipping options available.” and I found that for woocommerce there is a filter woocommerce_no_shipping_available_html do to this: https://www.bolderelements.net/support/knowledgebase/change-no-shipping-available-text/.

But this filter doesn’t work for Shipping Zones by Drawing plugin
