    Hi,

I’ve been using the plugin “Pinterest for WooCommerce by Softblues” for a while. I want to delete it and start using the new oficial Pinterest plugin developed by WooCommerce launched recently.
I’d like to know if I’ll lose all my Pinterest catalogs and configurations made with the old plugin and start the integration from scratch, or if the data is imported to the new plugin.

    Thank you!

  • Hey @agpashion

Since Pinterest for WooCommerce by Softblues is a premium extension

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to sign in from the account the extension was purchased from.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

As further assistance is to be provided by the plugin’s team, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

Feel free to create a new topic if you have other questions related to core WooCommerce.
