Blank white homepage reported by users

We have noticed that some users are getting a white blank page when visiting our homepage.
We have tried disabling Guest Mode but this hasn’t solved the problem either
When exploring source code we only get this:
It’s happening in both Chrome and Edge and also in Incognito window. When we disable Litespeed completely the issue disappears.
