Testing email: This email has empty body

When I send email from another place, it works fine.

same problem, when installing the plugin, i can’t send the test mail.
Status-message: “This email has empty body”, but i can’t enter a body somewhere.

Share Post Smtp Settings > “Message” page screenshot or let me know Message Page From email is same as post Smtp mailing/socket email.

The same problem. Yesterday I changed DNS from ovh to another server (about 14 hours by now, propagation test is ok).
After testing I have:
Status:
This email has empty body

session trascript:
smtp:tls:plain://s113.linuxpl.com:587
(and nothing more)

WooCommerce order email go ok – status: sent.

@dominmax Please share Post SMTP Diagnostic test report.

No, I am asking about the Email log page screenshot, Post SMTP has an email log page and I want to see errors on that page.

I did exactly what you said.
Go to that page:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=postman_email_log

And the example record of the email that was not sent:

and click the View link of that record
which is: /wp-admin/admin-post.php?page=postman_email_log&action=view&email=9274&TB_iframe=true&width=700&height=550

and have the popup with the “half-test-half-message” – with no errors:

If you mean other Email log page – please give me a link to that page.

The only difference between the email and another from the shop is record list:
‘This email has empty body’ istead of ‘sent’
‘Not found, check status column for more info.’ instead of ‘All good, mail sent.’

One more thing – should I see any textarea here?
