    Sometimes customers report an ‘infinite refresh’ loop occurring at the checkout page which prevents them from completing the order. Please help!

    I just tried purchasing several products from your site. While I was on the checkout page I found it to refresh once. I checked the console log and found this error message. → https://snipboard.io/54eBkm.jpg

    Is it the same/similar issue that your customers are facing?
    Can you please try to reproduce the issue that your customers are facing and tell us how we can reproduce that?

    For better assistance, please also share your WooCommerce error logs and System Status on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:

    System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Yes thank you. You have re-created the issue. That is it. Do you have any idea what it could be ?

    It seems that the problem could be originating from the jQuery Migrate script installed on your site, as can be seen from the console log.

    Could you please disable it temporarily and see if that fixes the issue? This article explains how to remove it: https://www.infophilic.com/remove-jquery-migrate-wordpress/

    If the problem still remains unresolved, please share the following:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
