Hi, I’m trying to understand why my experience with Facbeook sharing debugger is showing my product page with incorrect information. I’ve configured the Yoast SEO Social tab to show what I want it to show, but it seems to be getting overwritten by something else.

    What exactly is the issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Matt,

Thanks for reaching out about your product page.

Can you let me know what information is displayed incorrectly? It will also be helpful if you can share screenshots of the information as it is entered in the Yoast SEO plugin. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

Hi Maybellyne, here’s what I have configured on the back:

You can test out the Debugger tool with the URL provided and compare the differences

    Hi @mattsws

When checking the URL on the debugger tool here, it looks like it is referencing a different canonical URL and og:URL as a result.

Could you check and confirm if you’ve changed the canonical so that it should point to the URL of /product/custom-art-acrylic-prints/ instead?

Well, I do not have any link added in Yoast’s “canonical url” field. Where else would I find something like that?
