The “OR” funcation doesn’t work as it should

I created a Custom Post Type named Courses, and created my courses.
Then I used Elementor to create the Course Archive page. Now, I added the filter but noticed something…
I have multiple course categories such as; design, marketing, copywriting. If someone selects design, and marketing, it will only filter and show courses under design category.
Even though marketing category is also selected.
In the Filter setting, I set it to use the “OR” function because I want it to show all the courses if someone selects design and marketing, let it show all the courses under these two categories.
How do I fix this?
