    @louisapple my sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner! You mentioned “Here is the response from the call:” but you pasted (or written) nothing there if you check your above message. Please check the browser’s console as it mentions the error you’re having and set up the “Error Log Monitor” plugin that will report within the Dashboard (widgets area) any PHP errors generated in the background.
