appointment calendar that sends message when clicked?

Looking for a way to post an appointment calendar with specific openings, at hourly intervals. When a person clicks a specific time/date, I will receive a message that this person wants an appointment at that time/date. The name, e-mail address, or phone, and time/date are sent to me. That’s all.
