    Hi,
    Is there a way to have conversations/ negotiations with the customer before sending a revised quote?
    I can see it’s possible to send a note to the customer, but when the customer sends a message, it is only in my email. It is not added to the order section in WooCommerce.
    How can I make that happen? See the reply of the customer in his/ order details, and send a message back?
    When we mutually agree on a price, I can send the final quote to pay.

    Hi Poulomi,

    The feature to send notes to customers comes from WooCommerce. Currently the Quotes plugin does not modify the feature to add any notes or email replies from customers into the order.

    The best way to negotiate a price would be to talk via email/phone and enter all the details as a single note in the order for future reference.

    I will definitely consider adding the feature in one of the future updates. For now, the above mentioned method is the best way to keep a log of the negotiations.
