Please note a few things I have done

    1. I first considered it was Flatsome issue, but they confirmed its WooCommerce, and that I am missing the wc_get_template and suggested reinstalling WooComerce.

    2. I then first deactiated then activated. Didn’t work.

    3. I then downloaded zip version of WooCommerce then “Uploaded Plugin” on top of existing WooComerce plugin. Didn’t work.

    Hi @manuscope ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you have reached out to the theme developers regarding this and they pointed you in this direction.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_template() in /home/simpl497/public_html/wp-content/themes/flatsome/page-my-account.php:14

The error provided indicates that it is coming from your theme.

Please confirm if you have temporarily switched from your current theme to the default WooCommerce Storefront theme to see if it makes any difference?

If not, please could you do this and let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!

    Hi @manuscope

If switching over to a basic theme such as Storefront doesn’t resolve the issue then please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can take a closer look. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We haven’t heard back from you, so I’m marking this thread closed – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
