Purchased add-on, never received license key

Hello, QSM team!
My client and I bought the Reporting & Analysis add-on 4 days ago. My client received no confirmation e-mail after the purchase. Also, we didn’t know we were supposed to create an account on your website, so we don’t have one.
She downloaded an outdated version of the add-on from the purchase confirmation page (1.4.1, the current version is 1.4.4), but now we don’t have a license key. We’ve been contacting your support team via e-mail over the last 3 days, but they only responded once, which didn’t help.
How would we go about acquiring the license key?
