[Plugin: Absolute Privacy] Approved users do not receive confirmation email

After approving users from the Moderate Users page the user does not receive an email notification that their registration has been approved.
I am using WordPress 3.0 and Absolute Privacy 1.3.
All other features/functions and email notifications appear to be working perfectly. It’s a great plugin!
