    Hello. This feature was previously working on our site but has stopped working and I could use some guidance on this. The check box is on in the WooCommerce settings for the redirect to cart after successful addition.

    The only thing I see on the console is some sort of conflict with our Facebook Pixel, but even when I remove that all together, the issue persists. Any help here would be very much appreciated.

    Did you make any changes prior to this issue, such as updating plugins/theme?

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Thanks for the info! I tried this and found that the theme seems to be the issue. Plugins didn’t make a difference but when I switch to another theme the feature works, but when I go back to the Active theme it stops working.

    We use BeTheme… Anything you would suggest for activation of this feature working with BeTheme? It worked before and we have built everything around this theme so I am not able to just swap it out easily. What are your thoughts?

    I think it is time to call in the BeTheme pros here and reach out to their support team for insight. They would best be able to let you know if adding this functionality is a possibility.

    I did some more research with some of the info I found above and it turned out that I needed to turn off the other option on the WooCommerce settings for “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives”. This fixed the issue and it is now working.
