    still, I can’t access question bank category which has more questions

    yes it updated – QSM to 8.0.2
    It’s using too much RAM space when loading. I have 8GB ram but it’s using almost 95% then its crashes.
    For those categories which have more questions.

    I don’t understand, why text questions use so much RAM ??
    I don’t have graphical questions or questions with photos

    Hi Sutirtha,

    I am using the Chrome browser to access my QSM staging website.

    After opening up the question bank and accessing the category on my staging website, the task manager in my Chrome browser is showing only 84.8MB of Memory Footprint

    84.8MB is much lesser than 1GB ( 1000MB ), I do not think there is anything wrong with the plugin.

    The question bank does not load all questions at once, by default it loads 20 questions at a time.

    I request you to change the Option-> Items per page in question bank pagination to a lower number and see if it helps.

    I request you to please follow the below-given points, which should free up memory on your computer, and see if it works for you.

    1) Please use Chrome as a browser.

    2) Disable all extensions that are not in use.

    3) Close all other tabs and use only one tab.

    4) Clear browser history.

    5) Close all other applications on your computer
