List shortcode showing unconfirmed signatures

  • Hi, wondering is this is on purpose or a bug. The list shows my signatures that have not yet been confirmed. This is unexpected and somewhat “wrong” since they do not reflect the count.

    This is the first I have heard of this. Can you have a look 8n the dashboard -SpeakOut! – signatures page where it should list all the signatures and show if they are confirmed or not.

    Also, please double check that you have confirmations enabled in the dashboard – SpeakOut! – petition – edit – petition options tab

    Ok, I just signed and I was shown a notification that it will need to be confirmed, I received the confirmation email. Yes, my name is showing on the list without me confirming yet.

    Do you have a plain shortcode e.g. [signaturelist id="1"] ?

    Which version of SpeakOut! do you have installed?

    In the dashboard signature list, is it showing me as confirmed or not?

    Hi Steve,

    yes plain shortcode.

    Version: 2.15.1

    Your signature is unconfirmed.

    To rule out any conflicts I copied it to a dev installation and deactiavted all plugins and the Avada theme and same behaviour.

    Tell tale sign for me is also the the counter says 1 but the list gives me two signatures.

    I just sent you via mail credentials for WP and FTP if you want to check it out directly.
