MailPoet not sending newsletter mail or test mail

    Hello again. I have a problem today.
    I cannot send my email/newsletter.
    For some reason, MailPoet is not sending the test mail, so I assume it won’t be sending the newsletter either. Can I please get help on this?

    Oh, do you see any error when trying to send that email? Could you also let us know what sending method is selected under MailPoet > Settings > Send with… tab?

    Hello, Dani. Thank you for getting back to me on this. I checked that out yesterday and there were no errors. Eventually about 2 hours later the newsletter was sent. However I am still getting a redirect error on google console for my newsletter link. I’ve repeatedly sent screenshots but have received no reply on this.

    Hi there Maria,

    Oh, I am sorry to hear that. I have just checked our support history and I see that one of my colleagues replied back to you via email 8 hours ago.
