Amazing support

I was experimenting with using Brave as a way to create a quiz for lead generation.
I was having some trouble doing what I wanted and sent an email to tech support, clearly outlining one area of confusion & one places where the Mailchimp integration didn’t seem to be working. I’ve come to expect auto replies & a lot of back & forth with auto responses (usually having nothing to do with the issue) but it felt like a real person replied almost immediately, and helped me work through both issues over the course of a few hours. This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service & I can’t express how impressed I am. This kind of support is rare in this day & so I felt the need to submit a review.
