Single user lockout blocking all site log ins

    I have about 10 sites all using WordPress across 4 different hosting solutions from Godaddy. Across those using Limit Login Attempts Reloaded I have an issue where when one user gets blocked for X minutes, then it blocks all logins for X minutes (including admin).

    Debug info says:
    REMOTE_ADDR = IP0

    I’m running latest versions of WordPress and the plugin.

    GoDaddy say that they do not have any IP redirection going on (so no Cloudflare style issues with IP addresses).

    Any idea?
