    Hello, for a long time when a customer makes a purchase on my website (without the payment being credited) no email is sent to the customer notifying them of the order they are making.

    That is, no mail is sent when an order is placed, mail is only sent when the payment is credited.

    Could you help me with this problem?

    As @wpforce pointed, you will want to confirm if notifications are enabled for “New Order” status under WooCommerce > Settings > Email.

    If they’re enabled already, next you should check whether those emails are being correctly generated on the server’s end. You can do this by installing a plugin like WP Mail Logging and placing a test order – this plugin then will show which emails have been sent.
