    Hi,

    I’m having a strange issue that I just noticed. It seems that there is one product that is appearing fine on the front end, in the shop, but yet doesn’t appear in the back end in my products list.

    If I do a search for the product however with keyword then it appears in the search results.

    On the product edit page the Catalog visibility is set to ‘Shop and search results’, but it should be appearing in the back end regardless.

    Seems like a strange issue and can’t figure this out.

    Can anyone explain what’s happening?

    Can you please confirm if all of your plugins and the theme is updated to the latest version? The issue you are facing is a bit strange.

    Could you please try removing your browser cache and check if this makes any difference?

    Also, I would suggest trying rewriting your htaccess file by going to the “Settings > Permalink” settings in your dashboard, and resave your current settings without making any changes, to see if that helps.

    In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    As a first step, please try refreshing your htaccess file by navigating to Settings > Permalink settings in your dashboard, and resave your current settings without making any changes, to see if that makes any difference?

    Additionally, please share your System status found under WooCommerce > Status page so that I can take a closer look at your setup.

    That was an easy fix. I cleared the cache and it appears now!
