Shortcode is not working

  • hI! I faced an issue with a non-working shortcode in the header section (social block). there was a custom template created in the library and after the theme update, shortcodes stopped working.
    Note, not only oceanwp shortcode but also third-party.
    My template:

    Tried the same shortcode on local and it is working well.

    Please share a snapshot of the section where you have added this shortcode and website URL.

    In addition, would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

    Abhishek, did you already forget you told users 4 days ago, that shortcodes don’t work since last version?

    This brokes many sites.

    Had to roll back.

    It’s my first Ocean update since version 2.x (since many previous versions also broke my websites), and I see you test Ocean just as before…

    I sincerely apologize for misunderstanding the issue. I completely missed that custom part.

    Actually, I tested with the default header style and not with the custom header style.

    The custom header issue will be fixed in our upcoming updates.

    Please share some more details regarding your other broken issue and also share the related snapshots with the URL.

    I don’t use Elementor. All codes was removed and header was redesigned. So, you are doing great work, but you have to test better your product before update.

    Apologize for that again.
    We do testings but we will give more attention to avoiding such issues in our upcoming updates.
