Properly Size Images – Image Optimization

Hello there,

Is there any way to reduce the size of Instagram feed images? The website performance and speed effected after Instagram feed enabled.
GTmetrix shows recommendation to serve images that are appropriately-sized to save cellular data and improve load time. These images are all from Instagram feed. Is there any way to optimize the Instagram feed images? I am already using an image optimizer to optimize the website images.
