    Hi,

    I am looking for the option to refresh the feed in some way but cannot see it anywhere. I have made changes and want to see them reflected in merchant center but cannot see how to expedite the process. Sure, I don’t just have to wait ‘1-2days’?

    I understand you’re looking to force the feed to refresh. Typically, whenever a product is created or updated, it is synced instantly to Google Merchant Center.

    You’d have to allow some time for the products to reflect in Google Merchant Center. I’m afraid there’s no way around that.

    Perhaps I misunderstood your question.

    Indeed, the extension automatically syncs product changes to GMC, however, you can access a “Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center” button by going to example/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (Replace example.com with your domain)

    You’ll find the button at the bottom of the page.

    This may not ensure the product is updated immediately in GMC listings, you’d have to allow it some time for GMC to update the product listings.

    The extension doesn’t sync changes based on the level of change, any change to a product forces a sync.

    Hi Sunday,

    All of my products have expired, as the plugin doesn’t seem to be refreshing them. I have attempted to synd via /admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page but when selecting ‘Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center’ my site crashes with a critical error. I have now updated 1 product and synced it individually and it is live on Merchant Center. Can you think of any way I can push the whole product catalogue live again? I have 19000 products, so 1 at a time is not an option.

    I understand that you have a massive memory limit but still receives the error logs above when trying to sync the products again.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Please navigate to WooCommerce > status > scheduled actions. You will see the site has a lot of pending actions.

    A plugin like the WP Crontrol might help you with that you can check what is happening to the cron jobs (It might help you to identify what could be affecting the syncing). Please note that Google Listings and Ads uses the Action Scheduler to sync the products.

    These pending actions are cron jobs that use WordPress WP-Cron to function. Sometimes, the cron jobs are not executed properly due to troubles with servers.

    As there’s a large number of pending actions, I would give Igor’s suggestions a go and see if this works.

    I have sorted out all the major issues, it turned out to be an issue caused by an error on WPRocket cache, however, I am left with 1 question:

    My products are all syncing daily now, and those with updated pricing have 30 day expires on them, however, some have an expiry date that indicates that they will expire in 24 days, despite them last updating this morning. Is this normal or is it the case that each product actually needs manually updating re content in order to refresh o 30 days?

    Per the answer provided at How does the product feed sync between Woo and Google work?:

    “To keep the product information displayed in Shopping ads and free listings up-to-date, all products synced to Google Merchant Center expire after 30 days if they are not updated. A daily update job is scheduled to run at 3 AM (store time) to re-sync the expiring products and keep them active. A product is marked as expiring if it expires within three days.”
