Just wanted to follow-up with you on the issue above. Were you able to file a ticket through TikTok’s customer support system?
If not, here are the instructions:
Log a customer support ticket directly with TikTok by following these steps:
– Go to (TikTok for Business Support)
– Login with your TikTok for Business Account credentials
– Select “E-Commerce Platform Integration”
– Under Question Category, select “TikTok and Business Plugin Channel Setting”
– Fill out the required fields in the support ticket`
It would be best to send along a screen recording as well as logs so the team can review (WooCommerce–>Status–>Log–>tiktok-for-woocommerce).
