• I have an issue with this plugin. When a user submits an appointment form, he can submit other services at the same schedule. It has made a double booking at the same schedule. I don’t get any setting to fix it. how can I fix the issue? Please help me.

  • I wonder if you got this fixed? I am having the same issue. Clients can book the same date, same time, same worker in a slot that is already booked.
    I tried all options under ‘busy slots calculated by’ and all the slots are still showing available.

    Same problem here, tried different settings and no matter if slot is reserved or not, user can still reserve a time slot that is already booked…

    I have this issue too. Really got to resolve as unusable if it takes double bookings

    Isn’t this frustrating that we can not receive an answer from the developer. I had to pay a plug in specialist to help me figure it out.
    I needed to delete 2 of my optimize plug ins as they were not working well with the Easy appointments plug in.
    Also, I was putting in the wrong number for ‘number of slots’ in connections. I should have put in 1 for only one slot per time frame. I thought this was the total number of slots per day.
    I read another user’s comments “YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN” maybe not the right plug in unless you have coding experience.
