Time slot every 15 minutes

    Hi again,

    I have similar problem in that I can not change the time cooking time. Effectively we only use the pickup option and want the visitor to be able to select 1 5minutes prep time.

    As such we have setup Cooking Time/Prep Time(minutes) as 15 minutes. The system is stuck on 30 minutes and does not change in the front. We also use the 12 format.

    As such I have tried to change to 24 format, using different Cooking Time/Prep Time(minutes) i.e. 20,45 etc but never changes and always shows 30 minutes pickup.

    I have also disabled all other plugins to ensure there is no conflict and tested with just this plugin still the same. Finally I have tried it on a draft site on an online server as well as on the local server with xampp and the problem remains.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @tassos,

    Are you using the Order Time, Intervals & Limits?

    The prep time doesn’t change the slots. Prep time adds the time you set on the first slot and accordingly displays your first slot to make sure you have enough time to prep the food items.

    Let me know if this is clear or need any further assistance.

    Not yet as we are finishing with the main setup before we buy the plugin and didn’t realise that this function is only available withe the paid version. No problem just glad it will be solved with the plan ??
