Displaying the amount of coins with “shortcode”

    Hello,
    we are users of the PRO Etherium Wallet Plugin, we use the Polygon test network Mumbay.
    We have a page where we entered a shortcode (“ethereum-wallet-balance tokenname =” MLSX “tokenaddress =” 0x783d182641672519725d8F78Cc6Af3 ********** “updatetimeout =” 60 “]) to display the status of coins on the account wallet.
    We have a problem because the transaction goes through confirmations and coins are transferred between wallets, we check it in Polyscan where it is confirmed, the wallet receives coins, etc., but in the fort end the updated status of coins does not refresh or takes a lot of time (a couple of hours), which is a big problem from the user’s point of view. Please help and solve the problem.

    Thank you for reporting!
    Note that data is updated from the polygonscan API in your case, and it can return old data for quite long time occasionally.
    I’ll check if I can get more data from the blockchain directly anyway.
