• Hi! I’ve installed eShop but there’s an issue. When I go to the email section to set up the PayPal template, I see this message:

“eShop has detected an error with your templates. But don’t worry it is easily fixed.

“Deactivate eShop, delete your eshop_emails database table (via phpmyadmin or similar), then reactivate eShop. (changes you made to the templates will be lost, so keep a note of them!).”

I followed those instructions and still get the error.

I searched through the forums and couldn’t find any note of this issue, so I’m sorry if I’m duplicating it. I’d appreciate any assistance or pointers to a way to fix this.

    Thanks!

hmmm, I added that in in the last update because I saw an issue on the site I was working on.

How many templates do you see? The current correct number is 10.

Thanks for your quick response. I LOVE the WordPress community. :^)

    There are 10 templates.

I have eShop installed on another site but haven’t upgraded it yet. It’s working fine there.

    Thank you, again!

in that case ignore it… I’ll change the message to make it more understandable and I’ll stop being clever with the way it shows ??
