• Hello,

    I encountered one major bug and one minor using your plug-in:

    First of all, when importing contacts from an xml and ticking an option to send Welcome emails to approve the clients, I’m unable to resend confirmation letters to the imported clients who have not responded with approval. It writes that e-mail have sent, however dashboard doesn’t show any change in the number of emails sent.

    Second bug, when I post a blog a campaign informing all subscribers is sent. When I try to force the sending of this campaign on the info page it shows 0 in a number of sent e-mails, however e-mails have sent.

    The bugs still remain in Email Subscribers plug-in version 5.3.15.

    As for the first issue, only CSV files can be imported. Please check and verify the CSV once again for the same

    For the second issue, we have tried the above-mentioned concerns on our site and the results were positive which means the plugin is working as expected.

    Sorry, I have meant CSV not XML, and the same issue remains. I can’t resend confirmation emails to CSV imported list. The second issue of less importance to me.
