Add to Cart button not activated after choosing option

  • My site has over 100 products of which I use the Radio Buttons plugin for a good 75% of them. The plugin works perfectly on all products but ONE. Just one. When you click on an option, the Add to Cart button never activates. I’ve read other users in the past that said that stated that in their experience, the radio button had to be clicked twice to get the Add to Cart button to activate, but that doesn’t work for me.

    Any idea why it would hang up on just one product, but be successful on the other 99%? I’ve tried every different option inside the plugin settings, and nothing seems to make it work.

    Aha…forgive me. It is happening on more than one product…In fact, the above scenario describes any product with options where one of the options is set to “out of stock”.

    So…in short, the radio buttons are not working properly on any product where any of the options are set to Out of Stock. Selecting even one of the in stock options does not allow the user to click the Add to Cart button.
