Thanks for the giving that a try. Can you try switching to incognito mode on your browser with the block third party cookies option disabled? We’re just curious to see if this has an impact as well.

Hi @tiktokforbusiness, I tried your suggestion using Incognito without blocking any cookies, plus cleaning all caches (even my browser history). And it turns out is still the same. When I click the TikTok tab, it loads for some time, and later it just blanks.

I even tried using a different browser (first, Chrome, then later Firefox). The result is still the same.

The team has been troubleshooting this issue and the solution presented above (disabling your ad blocker) has been working for others. Do you happen to have an ad block enabled (even after enabling third party cookies)?

In all cases we’ve received with this issue, options listed above were successful in remedying the issue.

Can you:
– resend the video of your experience as the link you provided above (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zJhUJTpyjP0L5oWG_56YzBCsMvK17HbG/view?usp=sharing) appears to have since expired. We’d like to re-review.
– attach screenshot of your google chrome settings so that we can fully confirm that ad blockers have been disabled, third party cookies have been allowed, and any conflicting extensions have been disabled.
– go through the experience once more and send logs
– Select WooCommerce on your sidebar menu
– Select Status in the Woocommerce menu
– Select Logs tab within Status menu
– Find and view the “tiktok-for-woocommerce” logs and attach the logs in a txt file

Just jumping in here; I had exactly the same problem and was contemplating posting a grumpy review. However, I then realised that AdBlocker Ultimate was stopping the plugin from displaying. All sorted now, thanks for suggesting this in the support forum!

@kawahbuku @cfx3223 – please let the team know if you are still having issue. We released a new version (V1.0.4) that also eliminated some of the ad blocker issues and also displays guidance when the Plugin detects Ad Blockers.
