Is woocommerce subscriptions supported by this plugin?

Thanks for reaching out. Square does support WooCommerce Subscriptions.

Do you see this error message if you try to purchase a non-subscription product?

If so, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

The non-subscription (regular products) can be purchased fine but for subscription products, no payment method at the checkout appears.

To help us get to the bottom of this, it would be helpful to have a few screenshots of the settings pages. You can upload these to your WordPress Media Library on your site and then share the URL to them here in your reply.

Thank you for looking into it, there’s been a disconnection with Square that’s why the fields did not appear even for regular product.

Please re-try this:

• Subscription Product
• Regular Product

And as requested, below are the screenshot of settings page:

Thanks for sending those screenshots over. I can see the same situation you described. The regular product has credit card fields but the subscription product does not.

Nothing appeared off in the Square settings so I suspect this is an issue with the Subscriptions settings. Since that’s a paid product, can I get you to open up a ticket about this at WooCommerce.com? That’s our premium products are supported. Make sure to include a link to this forum thread in the ticket.
