What version of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP does your site run on? I just tested a clean install with the latest versions and things are working just fine.

    https://www.maisonbettant.fr
    WP 5.9.3
    Woo 6.5.1
    PHP 7.4.29

When i roll back to previous plugin version all is ok.

@five5star is there any way you can turn on WordPress debugging and/or look at the PHP error logs and provide any trace errors? Without some more details beyond those version numbers, which match my latest testing, I’m not sure where to begin. Also, could you provide a list of the other plugins you are using on the site? It’s possible there is a compatibility issue with another plugin.

@five5star one thing I am also noticing is that you have this checkbox right with the pickup time:

“Un coursier que j’ai mandaté viendra récupérer ma commande (facultatif)”

How is that checkbox being added? I know it’s not part of this plugin.

the checkbox is an additional field i use for many years with the plugin Checkout Fields Manager for WooCommerce

@five5star I just installed a new instance of WordPress 5.9.3 along with first the 1.3.13 version of the plugin, submitted a test order, then updated the site to the 1.4.0 version of the plugin. Along with having some debugging turned on I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue you are having. You could try installing/setting up this debugging plugin, and then with it on and setup to capture debug logs you should be able to see the errors happening after the upgrade. If you can also provide a list of the other plugins you have installed on the site I can attempt to setup a similar test shop as yours. Thanks!

Here is the plugin list on CSV : https://fromsmash.com/XHwPupPeIZ-ct

I will try to reinstall the 1.4.0 update with the debugging plugin and send you the log. (i ll make that at night so site doesn’t crash daytime!)

@five5star so something I’m noticing, though it doesn’t seemed to be the caught of the site failures on my test environment, is that with the recent release of this plugin there is going to be a bunch of duplicate functionality between it and the plugin you also have installed “Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce”. Basically, the recent update of the plugin now also provides a “Ready for Pickup” status as well as email templates. Just a warning that this may cause you some problems as I can see that there are now 2 “Ready for Pickup” statuses that are available on an order. It does look like the other plugin has the ability to turn off the custom “Ready for Pickup” status, whereas I have not provided that feature since it is assumed that you would want to have that status available if you are using the plugin.

@five5star also, just noting that the Ready for Pickup email template is available under the WooCommerce Emails settings with all of the other email templates.

@five5star I am preparing to deploy a 1.4.1 bug release soon. I did come across a case where the new connection to the “Local Pickup” shipping method was causing a PHP Fatal Error, though it wasn’t taking down either my Test server instance or my local development instance, everything stayed running. I ran through on my Test server and installed every WooCommerce plugin you had listed in the CSV and I didn’t see it cause the entire site to go down. I didn’t try to also include any of the non-WooCommerce related plugins in your list. Did you happen to put any custom code into your site, like in your functions.php file, as that could be the cause of your problems. I know that based on some of the requests around how the Local Pickup Time is showing in the checkout process that there has been code floating around to attempt to “fix” this outside of a plugin update. If you put in any custom code that attempted to change how the plugin functioned I would recommend you remove that code before updating as it’s most likely not compatible with the plugin anymore.

@five5star just noting that the 1.4.1 release should be out shortly. I can’t say for certain that it will fix your issue but there is a chance. Thanks!

Hello i ve just updated to 1.4.1 and it looks that the problem is solved.
No Ajax problem in Rev Slider anymore and site seems ok.
I juste deactivated the new email feature in the plugin, as i already had the same feature in my local pickup plugin. but it was working without deactivating it.
