• Hello,

We recently installed the free version of the preorder plugin for WooCommerce to test. Unfortunately, despite the pre-order option checked on our product page, our stock being at 0 and there being the possibility of ordering activated, the text of the “add to cart” button is not replaced by “pre-order now”. We have consulted your documentation without success.
Is it possible that we are missing an element in our process? If not, is it possible that it is a theme issue, we use Themeco.

We thank you for your answers.

  • Hi @laurencejodoint,

Is it possible that the plugin is disabled?
Also, if possible, try to do a test by changing your active theme.

    same issue

also i changed the theme but still not showing on product page and product detail page

    Hi @nimra98,
When you tried changing the theme, did you disable all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce?
The plugin works perfectly on a basic WordPress installation with WooCommerce and a default WordPress theme.
It is possible that one of your other plugins is interfering.

    Hi

I have the same problem since the last update.
The custom pre-order button does not appear when stock is 0 or less.
It’s ok if stock is 1 or more. That’s doesn’t make any sense obviously.

Please can you change that as soon as possible, this add on was really usefull, but it’s useless now and i’m waiting for your next update for few days.

Everything was great, working well, and came the update … ><

    I completely agree with @jimmyvdbsloubi

You make a nice job guys but the update came.

Please work on it, to make it useful again

    Thanks

    Same problem here…

Hi @nimra98, the problem that is happening is that the plugin does not allow the sale of pre-order products out of stock. In order to display the button to purchase it, backorders have to be allowed. This option can be found in the same tab “Inventory” in the product configuration.

    Ok,

You have to check the line : “Enable all Pre-Order features for your visitors” in settings and it’s working for me now.
