White Screen of Death on Storefront

    When trying to access various parts of the backend, I just get the white screen of death. Have gone through all the various forums, tried the following:
    1. Increase PHP limit to 1024 MB
    2. Disable all plugins and readd one at a time
    3. Removed all unnecessary plugins and old theme files

    Please can you help!

    I understand you are seeing white screen of death when trying to access various parts of the backend.

    Could you confirm if the white screen appears only when you access WooCommerce backend pages such as Settings, etc, or any of the WP Admin pages?

    Could you share recent fatal error logs found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for sending over the system status.

    Could you please also share any recent fatal error logs found in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    This might give us some additional clues as to what is causing the White Screen of Death error. If there are no fatal errors recorded then you could look into setting WordPress in debugging mode and logging errors/warnings to a file.

    Thanks for circling back.

    This issue is typically due to memory exhaustion, but could also be a conflict.

    You mentioned you had already increased the memory. Could you please share some detail as to what steps you’ve taken to do the increase, what method you used (.ini or .htaccess) and where exactly you made the changes?

    As a next step, I would recommend enabling WP_DEBUG constant, then navigating to one of the pages that exhibits the white screen. With the debug enabled, the white screen should show a helpful error message. You can find how to do that here:

    I have debugging enabled but it still doesn’t show any error messages. I increased the memory limit on my server directly. Can you perhaps log into the backend of the site and have a look?
