It would be really helpful to be able to get a list of customers, that bought a certain product but not one (or more) other products.

Use case: The customer has bought an older version of an EBook, Software etc. but not the latest upgrade. This could enable us to send a specific upgrade motivation email.

    Thanks for considering!

    Hi @gunther12,

thanks for the suggestion. How would this work? Are you using the same product in woocommerce and simply updating it, or is it a seperate product?

Thanks for considering this. The upgrades would be different products in woocommerce.

    So it would be

Give me a list of customers that have bought
    Product 1
    BUT NOT
    Product 2

    Hi @gunther12,

Are you talking about variations or products? Because this is how it currently works for products, if you go in the edit page of the product, it shows the list of customers that bought that product only.

No, I need a list of customers that bought Product 1 but excludes all customers that also bought Product 2.

    HI @gunther12,

unfortunately that is a very specific usecase that would require a full overhaul of the plugin, so I don’t think it will be implemented anytime soon. Sorry!

It’s a pity because it would be a very useful feature for everyone that sells virtual goods. It would allow to specifically target users that bought an older version of a product but didn’t buy the latest upgrade yet.
Thanks anyway, I’d then need to find another solution.

You could in theory reuse the product and set a variation with an attribute with the version number, then use the search to filter out people by attribute and then send them the email, no?

    (@gunther12)

Maybe that would work if it were setup with variations, but the full products and the upgrades are different products in my setup.

Another question in this regard: is there any way to get a list which includes multiple products? Or all products of a special category?

Unfortunately, at this time it only works for one product for the admin. With the shortcode, in the pro version, you can add multiple id’s for multiple products

    (@gunther12)

Yeah, I figured that out with the shortcodes, but unfortunately there seem to be no option for a CSV display then, only the HTML table.
I think I will have to code something by myself. Thanks anyway – maybe you got some ideas for further improvements in your plugin.
