Can you please reach out to your host and ask them to further investigate the issue?

An execution time of 120 seconds should be enough for your site to not run into trouble however, you can ask them to increase it to 300 and see if that causes any issues.

As per WooCommerce Admin being automatically disabled, that is expected as since version 6.5 of WooCommerce it has been included with WooCommerce.

I only receive this error after updating woocommerce to 6.5.1. in 6.4.1 version everything works fine. I rolled back woocommerce to 6.4.1 after i received that error and wordpress dashboard works as it should be.

I must mention that I have checked other plugins and the problem was not related to them.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we could check what may be interfering with normal working of the dashboard? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. It seems there is something that is not compatible with the 6.5.1 version.

Also, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error. Please let us know what you find.

When you share your System Status you may just remove any identifiable information (i.e. your website URL, etc) for privacy reasons.

The other option is – if you’d wish to share a System Status report but not directly on the forums, feel free to use tools like https://pastebin.com/ or even Google Docs where you can control the visibility or even delete the SSR, depending on the tool.

Have you tried to access your wp-admin while keeping all other plugins deactivated & switched to a default theme like Storefront?

Also, the PHP Time Limit is showing 30. Please contact your host to increase to 300 & ask them to check if they see further logs in the server that will allow you to find the problem why you see the timeout errors.

I tracked down this bug to the function next_week_start in the file src/API/Reports/TimeInterval.php. I replaced the function next_week_start with the one from the older version of WooCommerce. It seems the new version this function somehow creates a neverending loop.

No more PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Admin/API/Reports/TimeInterval.php on line 332
