Woocommerce will not connect

We had a major issue happen with our site and were forced to disconnect FB from our site. Now we have fixed the error and cannot connect through the plugin anymore. When we get through the steps to connect them on the FB side, it says it is connected but when it tries to redirect us back to our site it fails and goes to a blank white page with “-1” in the top left corner. When we go back manually to our site and go to our Facebook for woocommerce settings it shows the “Get Started” screen as if it is not connected. Does anyone have in insight on how to fix this?
