    I need help to address the error below:

    2022-05-12 22:25:27: Error occurred while executing CleanTalk Cron job. Error: CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

    Hello @mealsbymavis.

    Perhaps it was a temporary communication disruption. Is this error still displayed? If yes, seems like the CleanTalk plugin can not connect to the CleanTalk Cloud from your hosting. Something is blocking it. Please,

    1) Check if CURL support and allow_url_fopen (in php.ini) options are available and switched on on your webserver.?
    You can ask about this your webmaster or your hosting provider. Just send them this answer.

    2) Do the following: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Use WordPress HTTP API” to “On” —> Save Changes.

    3) Check if our IPs are available from your webserver: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses.

    The error is no longer displayed, so I’m assuming it was a temporary disruption. Thanks for your help.
