404.0/ Account Suspended

  • When I go to my website it said Account Suspended and then now it says 404.0 error. When I go to [ redundant link removed ], it says the same thing. I am not able to login. I never received an email. The domain is hosted with GoDaddy and when I speak with them, they say it’s an issue with WordPress. I have zero clue with how these things work so would need step by step. I have worked on this for several days with no resolution.

  • www.remarpro.com only provides free WordPress software. www.remarpro.com does not host any websites, and therefore cannot suspend your website.

    Account suspension is 100% a hosting issue.

    Please talk to the provider you’re paying to host your website.

    (A public WHOIS query shows the site was previously used Site5.com’s nameservers, but switched to GoDaddy’s nameservers on the 8th of May.)
